Risk Tolerance

Risk tolerance refers to the amount of risk a person is willing to take. Whether the leap of faith or carefully threading on the line, the results depends on how you make it sound.

 

High Risk Tolerance 

They are people who focus on the benefits of succeeding before failing while taking risks. They tend to want a breakthrough whenever possible. However, the downside is that they may not have an adequate plan to handle failure when it happens.

 

Low Risk Tolerance

They are people who focus on their own survival when they fail before succeeding. They tend to want to be able to progress safely without affecting the status quo. However, the downside is that they may miss a lot of opportunities to progress that came along.
